Over the Top (1987) Review

In an effort to expose her son to a world beyond their mansion, Christina asks her estranged husband Lincoln Hawk to take their son on a road trip so they can become closer. Hawk, a professional trucker and aspiring arm wrestler, reluctantly agrees and picks his son up from the Military Academy. It’s not long before the two start to bond while trying to escape Christina’s father as he does everything in his power to prevent the two from being together. Can love prevail, or will Lincoln lose his grip on the situation?
